Gonçalo Waddington and Tiago Rodrigues are two creative chefs heads of Cópia restaurant, in Lisboa. They maintain that the discovery of a new dish contributes more to people´s happiness than the discovery of a new star. But when they try to invent together the recipe that could earn them the first Michelin star, confrontation becomes inevitable. A play about the art and science of cuisine, about the permanent insatisfaction and the inventive spirit of two chefs who end up discovering that a dish always tells the story of the person who cooked it.
