On performance days, it closes after the show starts.
And when there’s performances in the morning, it opens one hour before the show starts.
The box office is closed on 1 January, Easter Sunday, 1 May, from 1 to 30 August and 23, 24, 25, 31 December.

Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges are not permitted in single-session shows. No refunds are made.
Exchanges between sessions of the same show are permitted. Ticket exchanges must be made up to 24 hours before the start of the session, subject to room availability.

São Luiz Card
For audience members > 26 yrs, this card offers a 50% discount in selected performances, and cannot be combined with any other discounts. This card is personal and non-transferable.
Passe Cultura at EGEAC
Access to monuments, museums, theaters and cinema managed by EGEAC – Empresa de Gestão de Equipamentos e Animação Cultural is now free for young people up to 23 years old and over 65 years old (inclusive), provided they reside in Lisbon.
In addition to purchasing tickets for admission to the various cultural facilities (only available at the respective ticket offices), this exemption also applies to shows whose revenue reverts entirely to EGEAC. Shows performed under a host regime or produced/presented in partnership with other entities, as well as parallel activities subject to a registration fee (guided tours, educational services workshops, workshops, seminars and training actions, etc.) are not covered by this measure.
