Who has never heard statements like “keep your eyes on the horizon”, “you must focus on the horizon”, or “expand your horizons”? The word “horizon” has as many meanings as we can imagine.  Starting from the idea of the horizon as an unreachable line, that, at the same time, we want to reach, these interdisciplinary workshops combine visual arts, dance and theatre, in order to explore the relationship between the body and its surroundings, stimulating the search for different strategies in the way each of us sees the other, the landscape around us and ourselves. Thus, the exploration of the consciousness of movement is done through guided discovery exercises that develop creativity and the imaginary. In this workshop for trainers, teachers and kindergarten teachers, exercises and artistic tools are shared that have been developed in workshops held with children and that, experienced from a pedagogical perspective, can later be worked on in the participants’ classrooms.
