4 pm | In the Same Light– Portrait Session with Estelle ValenteFully Bookedpostponed to 5 June

As part of the exhibition A luz que ficou by photographer Estelle Valente, the public is invited to take part in a unique and free photographic experience on 22 May, the date on which São Luiz Municipal Theatre celebrates its anniversary.
The event will take place at the iconic Janelão do São Luiz, a space where, over the course of almost a decade, Estelle Valente has photographed actors, directors and various figures from the performing arts. In this context, the general public will have the opportunity to be photographed in this very setting, symbolically becoming part of this archive of portraits.
Each participant will subsequently receive five digital photographs, sent by email, as a memento of this experience. The images taken may also be included in the project’s archive and promotional materials, building on the body of work developed by the artist.
This initiative offers a living extension of the exhibition, making room for new faces and new stories, in the same spirit that has defined an artistic journey over the years.

Target audience: the general public and theatre enthusiasts (who are not part of the artistic community).
