“You know, you know, by the extremes already denied — every boundary is a despondency”, wrote Maria Velho da Costa in Da Rosa Fixa (1978). Limbo is a project designed to be performed in non-conventional venues. A group of young actors with different nationalities and paths construct a discourse, generational perhaps, in response to the state of the world, with their eyes on a foggy future. A show by Sara Carinhas using texts written by the interpreters, during the process, along real and fictional accounts on evilness, homeland, obedience, courage, war, flight and adjacent territories.
