As part of the presentation of the show Thauma at FIMFA Lx26, taking place from 14 to 16 May at the São Luiz Municipal Theatre, Magda Puig and Andreu Martínes Costa, artistic directors of the La Mula company, will lead this masterclass, aimed at professionals and enthusiasts from all fields, offering an opportunity to learn more about their working methods and artistic research. The focus will be on creation and visual dramaturgy based on the company’s imagination, blending the visual arts with the performing arts. A unique opportunity to discover the world that inspires their creations.

BIO
La Mula is a theatre company formed by Magda Puig Torres and Andreu Martínez Costa. It is a theatre company that works at the intersection of the visual arts, puppetry and space. They are interested in perception, its alteration and play. Viewing the stage as a space for experimentation, their work is characterised by visual theatre and research into visual dramaturgy.
Magda Puig is a creator interested in the convergence of the performing and visual arts. She was artist-in-residence at Teatre Lliure and directed the Circo de Inverno at the Ateneu Popular 9 Barris.
Andreu Martínez Costa is an actor, puppeteer, director and theatre researcher, working between Catalonia, France and Canada. He has collaborated with the companies Philippe Genty, El Conde de Torrefiel and Plexus Polaire.
