One of the most cherished musicians to have emerged in this country over the last two decades, Norberto Lobo is – first and foremost – a guitarist whose work has consistently demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, a spirit of discovery and boundless creativity across numerous albums and countless live performances. In addition to his involvement in groups such as Oba Loba, Chão Maior, Montanhas Azuis, Other Living Beings and Lucifécit, and collaborations with Eric Chenaux, Yaw Tembe, João Lobo and Ben Chasny, his solo work remains his longest-standing foundation for expression and composition.
