Description

Two men are born equal. Two men die equal. Between point A – Birth and point B – Death, two lines cross, intertwine, diverge or converge, and two characters emerge.

One turns into a powerful king, inspired by the life of Louis XIV; the other into a servant who accompanies him throughout his life.

Pride, absolute power, dictatorial power. A man alone with his ghosts, full of himself. A man alone with his castles. Castles of cards. Fragile constructions, precarious balances. Absolute balances. Authoritarian power. A rehearsal of power. How he presents himself to others, how he commands obedience. Solitude and fear.
