. You must confirm your ticket and change at the time of purchase.

. No exchanges or returns are accepted.

. For shows with reserved seating, please respect your reservation.

. The ticket must be kept until the end of the show.

. Children under 3 years old are not allowed, except in shows classified for all audiences (Decreto-Lei 23/2014).

. Entry after the beginning of the show is not allowed, nor will the value of the ticket be refunded in case of delay.

. If you have to leave the room during the show, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

. Any type of audio or video recording without authorization is not allowed.

. The use of cell phones or other sound devices is not allowed inside the concert hall.

. Eating and/or drinking is not allowed inside the concert hall.

. Smoking is not allowed inside the Theater.

. Bulky items are not permitted.

. Persons carrying items that may be considered dangerous or accompanied by animals, except guide dogs, are not permitted to enter.

. Programmes and casts are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

. Discounts valid upon presentation of proof.

. EGEAC does not assume, under any circumstances, the obligations and responsibilities incumbent upon the show promoter.
